Aaron Hoffman is the mad genius behind his award winning Hoff Sauce. From it’s inception in 2013 as a small boot strap operation, Hoff has grown the business from renting kitchen space at Mean Mug on the weekends to having his products on over 1,000 stores across the country. He did this all while crafting every single bottle right here in Chattanooga. He offers a unique outlook of how to start a business that I think is very valuable.
