Be Thoughtful About Your Ask

When building a community it can be hard to motivate people to find new members. In today’s episode Gina invites you to go back over your work and make sure your ideal member is super clear along with your transition. Having a clear ideal member and transition not only makes finding new members easier, it also adds more value to your community because you have already done the work of getting really specific. When asking your network if they know people who might be interested, be really thoughtful about how you ask and know that by reaching out, it’s a really great way to get specific about your offer.
