Justin has experience transition first hand. He started his career wanting to be a photographer and through a number of transitions, he now works in the telecommunication industry. Along the way, he has moved, been laid off and has drove Uber for 15 hours a day to keep his family feed, while he was looking for his next career opportunity. He understands the importance of using social media to help increase his network - and believes that if you are always a taker on social media you will get little, if you are always a giver, you will get plenty.
His suggestions for people who will have a telephone interview are so valuable:
1. practice your presentation and have a smile in your voice
2. record yourself while you practice, to be able to listen/make changes as needed
3. double check your technology, to make sure everything is working correctly
4. don't forget to breathe and pause when needed
