Tracy Hooper is the Founder of The Confidence Project.  She leads dynamic presentations for high-achieving employee groups of any size. 

Tracy has been a TV news reporter, anchor, producer, and voice-over professional.  Tracy’s aim is to cultivate a culture where people elevate their presence, communicate with clarity, and work together better.
