Deborah Pfingston, Andrew Ashcraft's Mom, and Doug Harwood, Granite Mountain Hotshot Alumni, start the discussion of changes that should happen after June 30th, 2013.  When they lost their loved ones and friends.  Some of the changes came from you, the listeners.  Some of the changes are from Deborah and Doug after their investigation.  This is the only major loss of life that has produced no changes at all!  Could it be because there is a huge cover up of truth?  Could it be because changes cost money and money carries more weight than life?  You decide.
