Episode description

One thing the recent Vulvodynia Symposium did (and you can still grab the recording if you haven't already) was remind us of the amazing practitioners who are out there.

We're often frustrated with physicians or other members of the medical profession for negative patient stories and interactions.  And it's definitely valid to be frustrated when a patient reports being dismissed or brushed off!

But this is a reminder there are some incredible, deeply thoughtful, caring and skilled specialists out there!  In this 'sode we go through how to 'find your tribe' and create your own network of amazing practitioners who can benefit our patients.

Vulvodynia Symposium

The PelviCon Symposium on Vulvodynia happened on Saturday, and it was absolutely incredible!  We all learned from each other and everyone left with a much deeper understanding of the condition and how to work together as a multi-disciplinary team.

If you missed out, there's still a few days left to grab the recording and all of the great information here - https://www.pelvicon.com/symposium.  Doors close on Wednesday - enjoy!
