Pelvic PT Podcast and Accelerator Program

Speaker 1

In the last 10 years , our field has gone from an unknown specialty to a household name . This brings unprecedented opportunities , but we need to rise up to meet them and give our patients the care that they deserve . In order to help others get better , we need to be better .

This podcast will help you to become more confident with your patients , more successful in your practice or business and a leader in pelvic health , and we're going to have some fun along the way . Join us as we rise together .

We're Jesse and Nicole Cozine , founders of Pelvic Sanity Physical Therapy and the creators of the Pelvic PT Huddle , and this is Pelvic PT Rising .

Speaker 2

Hey guys , welcome back to another episode of the Pelvic PT Rising podcast with Jesse and Nicole . Cozine and Nicole . Hello , hey , this is our last episode before Christmas . Is it really ? Yes , indeed .

Speaker 1

Cool , all right . Well , happy holidays and for those of you who celebrate Christmas , merry Christmas to you .

Speaker 2

Nicole celebrates Christmas , maybe a little bit too hard .

Speaker 1

I do . We have a lot of family traditions and my parents we grew up just like Christmas crazies and that has extended into our Cozine family . Jesse was a little bit of a scrooge at the beginning . Yes , Okay . A little bit , and now he has come to my side and it is awesome .

Speaker 2

It is fun . We do enjoy these times . So wanted to let you guys know this is going to be talking a little bit about our accelerator program because that actually opens up for registration one week from today , on December 28th . We were very deliberate about doing it in December 28th .

You'll be able to get it through early January as well , but that will allow some of you guys for a little more tax savvy to go ahead and get it in this calendar year and get the write off for this year . So , nicole , let's talk a little bit about this program and where it came from .

And really it came out of all of the one-on-one work that we have done now with literally hundreds of businesses to kind of find what are we talking about all the time . What was a common foundation ? What were people getting tripped up on and having to go back even years into their business to correct these different things ?

What are those foundational principles that we're talking about with everybody ?

And then how do we make those a little bit more systematic , a little bit more accessible and in a program that is very fast-paced but kind of crams those in as quickly as we can to get you guys that foundation , that every single person that we've worked with needs in order to have a successful practice .

Speaker 1

Yeah , and , quite frankly , we needed some of this stuff . I mean , if this had existed back when we were first starting Public Sanity , I don't even want to think about how much crazier we would have grown and we grew real fast . But the cool thing about this , I think , is two-fold .

Number one is that one of the reasons why we have built this accelerator program , like how we have as , like Jesse said born out of all of the people that we've talked to over the years of us coaching anything that we've said more than a few times we were like , ooh , it's like put our antennas up .

Is this something that we really feel like is foundational to any practice ? If we said yes , we put in the accelerator program .

The other thing is , is that our vision of what we feel like pelvic health rehab and the way that it's going is that there are going to be more and more cash-based pelvic health rehab practices popping up all over , and that is a good thing . That is a mindset shift that we need to have . It's an abundance mindset that we need to have .

That that is going to be good for patients and it's good for our specialty . What's not going to happen is that insurances are not going to wake up tomorrow and be like , oh , please , let me reimburse you for what how much value you provide to patients . That is not going to happen .

Insurance reimbursement is going to continue to go down and really mid-level-sized practices are going to get squeezed out . There's either going to be going to insurance-based big box programs and practices . Now we're going to have a bunch of people that have said , basically , fuck insurance . And this is now where we're going to go .

It's better for my life , it's better for patients and it's the way that I want to treat .

So , with that being our vision , we also have came to the realization after coming out of maternity leave that if one of our visions was to help , as many practices do , what we know has changed our life , then we needed to build something that was going to be scalable for us and be fit into new life as entrepreneurs and parents .

And then , if we really start to think about what's foundational to businesses that's what the accelerator program is and what's going to make people do the best and have the best ROI as they move on with us into the one-on-one mentorship program .

Speaker 2

And that's something that we had just seen a lot of is that normal folks were being priced out of mentorship and we always wanted to have something that would make sense for wherever you were in the business .

And a lot of people are not going to pony up $1,600 , $2,000 , $3,000 for a lot of the programs that are out there and , frankly , I think you guys are smart for not doing that , especially considering the state of some of the things that are out there . But it is scary .

The first time you invest in yourself and once you start to do it now , when you get to be you know , have been in the field for a while now you're saying like , well , where do I want to invest ? Not am I going to invest , but where am I going to invest ? Where can I spend more in order to invest in myself ?

But when you're making that first decision , it's really difficult , and so we wanted something that was approachable for those of you guys who have been maybe on the fence or leaning and thinking that you wanted help , but just couldn't justify pulling the cost of a program that cost you more than your freaking rent .

Speaker 1

Or more than you're like . Making like that we just that's not a smart business decision . And then we also wanted to make sure that , while it needed to be approachable for people that were newer in business , it also needs to be a fucking no brainer if you have an established business .

And the thing that we see out of the accelerator cohort that just went through some of the biggest gains were those people that had established businesses that were able to hone in on even three , four things out of the .

However many modules we have 14 or 18 modules , Like those people were able to just go crazy on the ROI because they had established systems in place to do that . So there's something for everybody . No one's too early in their business unless you literally haven't seen a patient yet , and no one's too good for this .

Honestly , no one's too advanced to be able to go back to these foundational principles that every business needs to make sure they're shored up , that are most efficient and that are that you could do this stuff in your sleep . So that's where the accelerator program was born .

Speaker 2

Now let me ask you this , nicole One of the things we went back and forth on a lot was the length of time of this program , and one of the things that we say all the time is that business growth requires personal growth , and personal growth takes time , and you and I , nicole , we're going back and forth on this .

So you know , do we want to put this out as just like a course that has no guidance and no accountability and no community ? That didn't feel right , because how many guys have bought a course or bought information , or even have stuff out there that you know could probably be helpful but you never get to it ? I'm certainly there with you .

We need accountability , we need community , we need to have time to change the mindset issues that are holding us back Money mindset issues , our value stuff , imposter syndrome , all of those things aren't going to be changed by cool . Here's like a marketing module on how to do a Facebook ad . That's not really the thing that .

And so we're actually debating back and forth between a three month program , a six month program , a year long program . We settled with the six month program . We haven't talked about this , nicole , so I probably shouldn't just ask you about it on air like this . I think that went freaking great .

I was so glad that it was what it was and I think had it dragged a little bit longer would have felt a little bit like it was dragging for our folks . But six months is a long time for kind of sustained effort with that and it was way too much information for three months . I mean that would have been .

It was drinking with a fire hose anyway , with a three month program it would have been overwhelming for sure .

Speaker 1

Yeah , I actually , too , really love the six month thing and I think what's actually really funny is this , like convergent evolution stuff , where we always say to our mentorship folks that we've been working with for a long time like , oh , your business is different every six months , different challenges , different wins , different all the things .

And so I feel like , with the amount of material that we knew needed to be foundational and building in and this is that thing that I think was really awesome , that I'm glad we decided to do building in the implementation weeks . So in this program we're gonna go through the structure of it here in a second .

But one of the things that we really love about this is that it's module , module , module , implementation week , slash , group coaching call , and so that gives people time to . It is fast paced , but it also gives people time for things come up or something just doesn't feel right to implement right away in your business .

You have a little bit of time to do that and yet it's like we're still at a decent clip going through . So I love the six month part of it and we're gonna keep it that way , because we always evaluate our first cohort of stuff going through and being like was that good , was that bad ? So yes , six months is sweet spot .

Speaker 2

And one of the cool things is that 90 plus percent of our people felt that it was the right pace . So a couple of folks thought it could have been faster . A couple of folks thought it was a little too fast . But when 90% of people agree on anything , we'll take it .

Speaker 1

We'll take it .

Speaker 2

So we were really excited about that .

Now , the other thing that's a little bit unique about this program is that it really focuses on three different areas , and two that you might expect , and one that is a little bit unexpected , that most business places don't talk about which I think is a darn shame because it's one of the most important aspects of your business and that's the clinical excellence

piece . So there's three different components of the program . We'll talk to you about marketing and sales , we'll talk to you about business systems and we'll be talking to you about clinical excellence . And I think everybody it was so funny to see the evolution as people went through the program .

We'd have them do an entry survey and we asked them which of the areas did they think was gonna be most important , and everybody said marketing and sales . I'm sure if you're listening to this , you're thinking that too .

I just need more patience , I need more blue , I need more people calling , and clinical excellence was kind of coming in at last and I was like , well , okay , fine , nicole , we'll listen to you , talk to us about clinical excellence a little bit , we'll humor you and total 180 degree shift by the time the exit interview rolled around and people were prioritizing

business systems , then clinical excellence and last was marketing .

Speaker 1

That made me seriously so happy .

Importance of Clinical Excellence in Business

And guess what ? The clinical excellence modules you guys on there are not how to do a fricking hip moab , okay , it's not how to palpate the pubic oxygias . That's not the type of clinical excellence that we're talking about . But it is a huge area where there's profit leaks in your business , where there is mindset shifting . That needs to go on .

Which is value , what kind of value you're bringing to patients , how can you communicate that ? All of those things are in the clinical excellence modules and I am so stoked that you guys were picking up what I'm putting down , because we've seen it over and over and over again in all of our one-on-one mentorship that we've done .

We come back to this , whether it's as your solopreneur and certainly when you hire employees , this stuff needs to be dialed in , systematized and trained into anybody that's working for your business .

Speaker 2

Absolutely . It's incredibly important . You guys can just imagine this how would your business change if you weren't getting that person who goes to their evaluation in one visit and then calls you and says it's expensive ? Or I decided to go to an insurance practice .

How would your business change if everybody stuck around for what you thought their full plan of care should be ? How would it change if even everybody averaged two more visits in your practice ?

All of a sudden that dwarfs anything that you're doing on the sales and marketing side , because when your people are coming in , you're treating them well , you're treating them according to the way .

That your ethos , the whole reason you probably started your practice because you wanted to treat the way you could , and then those people become super fans in the community and that's word of mouth marketing . But you don't get that if people drop off as soon as they're okay or they start spreading their visits out immediately .

So clinical excellence was a huge piece of that . Obviously , you know , nicole , I am partial to business systems and getting those things in place . I was glad to see everybody saw the importance of that .

But it was really interesting that sales and marketing , which is what everybody thinks that they need , was actually the least important when it came down to it , and that's something we've seen over and over again working with people individually , but it's really fun to see it in a group program like this .

Speaker 1

Totally , and it still needs to be in there , Don't get us wrong . So we definitely still have it in there and it is still very foundational .

But it is funny to see the shift in mindset on what people put in as the importance and what people really took away from the program was it was really focusing on these other things and , interestingly , Jess has a little kudos to you with your business systems . We created these modules again that were specifically for anybody at any level of business .

So whether you are seeing you know 50 patients a week , or at your clinic or 10 , these business systems are so foundational that those modules are applicable to any size business , which is why they're in the accelerator program .

Speaker 2

And again , we always go back and create things we wish we had had . If we had had these from the beginning , nicole , like you said , I mean I continue to kick myself for mistakes we made not having this stuff in the business .

So even if you're brand new and you literally have just opened the doors , getting these things right from the beginning is going to be absolutely massive for your business .

So anything else , nicole , on the broadscopes and I can talk a little bit about details , but anything else that I don't know stood out to you from the first cohort 132 people who have been through there , which was really exciting for us to see in all stages of business , from brand new businesses to people who have been doing this for 10 years .

But , man , that was a fun program to do too .

Speaker 1

I think we had a good time Super fun , super awesome . Like the group coaching calls were great . Like I just feel like there was a lot of a good accountability in there , too , we share wins every week . We are really strategic about what kinds of questions we're asking .

So we really try hard in the Facebook group to like make sure that we're keeping the main thing , the main thing that week where we're asking questions and doing stuff about you know , we're not getting too sidetracked , really keeping you on a pretty good straight and narrow path there to make sure that you're implementing the things you need to implement .

We had a tough time .

Speaker 2

Yeah , if your problem is squirreling and going from one thing to another , and I mean that this program is going to really help , that we really work hard to make sure that we're focusing on the thing that's going to move the needle the most in your business . So right , so here's the program detail . So registration opens December 28th .

It will close in early January . We don't have a final date for that , but just make sure you are there for December 28th .

It's going to be a six month coaching intensive program , so it's going to last for six months and we are going to keep you accountable as you go through there , not in a tisk tisk way or not your nice list way , but making sure that you guys are in there . There is a power in that community being able to do it .

So we already talked about the three areas . You're going to learn about marketing and sales , you're going to learn about business systems and you're going to learn about clinical excellence . Each of those will have a weekly module . So the cadence is that there's going to be three modules in a row the first three weeks of the month .

The fourth week is an implementation week and a Q&A week where we get on and do a group coaching call about some of the things we've been seeing in the group , answering your questions and giving you some time to catch up so nobody falls behind . We also do that monthly Q&A to just make sure that you guys are getting all of the questions answered .

But most of the questions are actually being asked and answered in the Facebook group .

So you're going to be part of a private Facebook group through all of this , where we're going to be in there at the rising coaches are going to be in there and your colleagues are going to be in there , because we're not necessarily the founder of all wisdom when it comes to business . We want to hear from you guys as well .

So that community aspect is really important .

with that group You'll also get a one-on-one call with your rising coach to kind of help you put it together and also , frankly , to give you a taste of what one-on-one mentorship is like and how valuable that is and that was one of the biggest things we got from the feedback from the first group was how valuable those calls are when you can start implementing

these things and tailoring it to your actual business . You're going to be getting templates , excel , documents , handouts all the things that we think are really foundational for you guys . As we put those in , and then the ability at the end of it to graduate , you'll be ready for at least our vision for you . You're going to be ready for one-on-one mentorship .

After that . You're going to have this foundation . You're not going to have to be continually told to go back and do these other foundational things . You can actually get to the part where it gets super unique and individualized and tailored to you and what you want for your business .

Speaker 1

Yeah . So I mean to kind of extrapolate that out a little bit further . The accelerator program is what we believe that every single successful , healthy public health rehab business should be doing , and it's also the how to do that . And then that next level , and a little taste of it in this program , is that one-on-one call with your rising coaches .

What should you be doing individually ? What makes sense for you now having that really awesome foundation ?

And so our vision for every single person in the accelerator program is that they graduate to that one-on-one mentorship after the six months and it will be a no-brainer because you're going to be like OMG , I just freaking , blew it out the water over these last six months . I can't wait for what's to come , when I actually get some individualized full on .

What should I be doing ? Mentorship , moving forward .

Speaker 2

Absolutely , and we're not going to ask for any kind of commitment to any of that going in , but we do want to just foreshadow like that's what we think is absolutely best for 99% of people who go through the accelerator program . It will get you ready for that In terms of your cost or your investment . It is $347 a month .

If you wanted to do that as a one-time payment , you can do that for $1,997 . And again , for those of you guys who are a little bit tax savvy , you can be doing that in this calendar year , so you can get that tax right off in this year instead of having to wait until all the way into next year .

I had a couple of people who have already asked me about that and make me so happy that you guys are thinking about that being smart when it comes to your taxes and your finances .

Benefits and Value of the Program

A couple of other things that I just wanted to kind of go through .

One of the things that we do that kind of started I don't even know how this started , nicole , but it became a tradition through the accelerator program is ending each module with the common questions , excuses , procrastinations and yes , yeah , but since we're so action driven with the accelerator program .

Speaker 1

I am like I know you people , I know exactly what you guys are thinking and I , more often than not , somebody would comment in the Facebook group after they listened to the module and we're like , oh my gosh , are you in my head ? I'm like , yes , I am you . I am a public health provider , I am a procrastinator . I am definitely .

I'm not a yeah , butter , but I know the way that your guys brain works . And so after each module , I'm like we just need to make sure that we are answering and heading off any of the reasons why someone would procrastinate on implementing this module , reasons why someone would think that this isn't for them . Because it is .

If it's in the accelerator module , so it is for you . And so at the end of each one , we do , yeah , but procrastinations and questions , and so that's what we've done .

And it's really funny because most people are like oh , like it's actually decreasing the amount of questions in the Facebook group , because it's already like yeah , I know what you're going to say . You're going to say yeah , but that's not for me . And I'm going to be like yes , it is , and this is why , and it's just in the module for you .

Speaker 2

So we're going to do that same thing . Give you guys a little taste of that now with your excuses , procrastinations and yeah , but first one we're going to get is it's expensive , and this is actually a word we need to do a podcast on this . I feel like this expensive word , we need to retire it .

Speaker 1

I'm so annoyed by it . It's like this is that what patients say when they don't see the value in your services . Oh , they said , oh , but it's really expensive . And we're like , yeah , I know it's , it is expensive , but it's like we should not get that word out of our vocabulary .

As a business owner , fricking , put your big girl panties on , because you should never be looking at anything now as an absolute cost , it's all . Is it valuable ? Is it worth the investment ? What are you going to get in return for that investment ? So if this program is just shy of $2,000 , then are you going to be getting that in return , plus more ?

Speaker 2

That's it . That's the question to be asking , right ? So , instead of its expensive go to , is it worth the investment ? And we're going to lay it out for you guys here . We think that the ROI on most coaching programs is astronomical .

We're still compiling the information we've gotten from this group , but so far it looks like in the first cohort , on average people were doing more than 20 times their return on investment .

Speaker 1

And just to push pause for half a beat every single person in the accelerator program gets a pre accelerator survey and a post accelerator survey . This is not our like guesstimated numbers . This is actual , real input from the people in our programs . Why do we do that ? Because we fucking care that our shit is good .

We care that you are getting a freaking crazy ROI on things . We care it's part of our business structure . If you guys aren't successful , no one's going to buy shit from us , and so we want to make sure that we're really actually truthful in what we're saying . So we it's not just like oh , it's super awesome , you're going to feel so great .

It's like that is true also , and you will also be making a shit ton more money and your investment is going to be well worth it times on average 20 at least 20 .

Speaker 2

Right , and remember , this is an average , so some people did substantially better than that . Some people didn't do as well as that , and it's one of the things you can be asking yourselves there . But that is . We want to report to you guys the real numbers and just bring that out . On average , people added more than $5,000 per month to their business .

75% of our people had the confidence , going through this , to raise their prices , which immediately pays for the cost of the program . And I mean just be thinking about this . One of the ways I really like transforming this is basically into how many patients would it take ?

How many new patients would I need to generate in order to make this program pay for itself ? And if you're in that kind of price point of 150 to 175 to 200 , most patients are generally worth it . I know sometimes you're uncomfortable putting an economic value to patients , but there is one about $1,500 .

So if you get two new patients through the course of this program or you keep two patients who would have otherwise bounced after their initial evaluation , you have more than paid for the program and if , honestly , if you're listening and you don't think that this program could help , you get two extra patients over the course of six months then you're right , you

shouldn't buy from us . You shouldn't be listening to this podcast , frankly , because clearly we don't know what the hell we're talking about .

Speaker 1

Yeah , go do something else with your time if we're not that good .

Speaker 2

So we want this and we know that this program is , very frankly , underpriced for what it is . We know for a lot of you guys , this is the first investment . It's scary , I get it . We had to do this ourselves as well . I still remember having to say same things all in our heads , right , the first time we got mentorship oh , it's expensive .

Can we really afford $600 an hour to talk to somebody ?

Speaker 1

Yeah , let's do right . Let's just ask him if he can do like a couple of hours instead of like join his program .

Speaker 2

Right , and so we get it for you guys . But we want to make this a no brainer . We want this to be your entry into this because we think it's so important and we've seen how much of a change it can make for your guys' businesses . So that , hopefully , answers your . It's expensive or is it really worth it ? Question here .

Here we actually got a couple of really good emails from people about this one . What if there are things in there that I already do or already know ? And my answer is I hope there are . There will be . For most of you guys , especially if you've been running a business for a while . This is not going to be like throw everything out on its ear .

There will be some modules where you're like , oh , I'm doing that or I'm doing a similar version of that and I just need to tweak a couple of things . But it's confirmation you're doing stuff right and those little tweaks are going to be important .

There will also 100% be things in there that are going to blow your mind , but to suggest that everything in there is going to be brand new , that you're never going to have heard of a call log before or a budget before , now is ours pretty , bomb and amazing and color coded yes , but don't go in and be like you know .

Speaker 1

if that's your criteria for doing anything , then you're only going to be doing programs from Huxters who are inventing brand new business principles that don't exist , like , of course , there's great stuff in there that you've heard , I know it's like I grapple with this because I'm like , oh , I freaking love that you care and you write us in and you ask that

question and it's a good question and I also absolutely hate that question and I'm like , omg , of course there's going to be things and , like Jesse said , like if there are things that I've already know , yeah , and like there's so much more about confirmation that you're doing things right and maybe making a little bit of a tweak , and that's wonderful .

Speaker 2

And making sure that you're actually implementing it because , like your dad says , everybody knows , nobody does yeah that is my dad .

Speaker 1

Oh my gosh , you guys , this is actually a funny story . So he used to I mean literally every day , when he would tell us to do something or whatever .

We'd be like I know , I know , I know , dad , and he would just be like everybody knows , nobody does , and so that is honestly one of the reasons why something like this program is so awesome , because a lot of times , everybody does know oh , I know I should raise my prices and not everybody does it and you ought to be doing it for the right reasons and

what makes sense , for you need to be confident in it and all the things .

Speaker 2

So , just as an example , so there , very well will be some things in there that you know , some things that are things you need to tweak and some things that are absolutely brand new . Here's another one . Nicole , this is a great procrastination , yeah , but is this the perfect time ?

Speaker 1

Yeah , it's never going to be the perfect time and , honestly , you can think it's the perfect time and then something will come up in April and cause you to push pause a little bit on the modules . It's why we have catch up weeks . That's why we have module module , module coaching , call slash implementation week . It's never the perfect time .

You just need to decide . Go back up to that ROI question Do we feel that , even if you don't implement everything perfectly , do you think you can still have that ROI ? The answer is , quite hopefully yes , and it's never going to be the perfect time to invest in yourself . It's always going to be scary .

You're always going to have a reason why it might not be perfect right now . Oh , you know , I have this thing coming up my birthdays in March . I'm going to be going on vacation , whatever . All that is is , yeah , budding and procrastinating on the thing that you know you need to do . Yep .

Speaker 2

So , if you know it , it's the right program . I would really encourage you . You're never going to go back and say , man , I wish I had done that two years later . Yeah Right , we've never had any to be buds like you know what . This was great , but I wish I had struggled along by myself for two more years to find the right time to make this happen .

Kind of a similar vein is you know , do I have the time to do this ? Do I have the time to a lot to it ? So one of the things about having done this now so much and for 450 plus business owners , is that we're pretty efficient with how we structure the program , how much time is involved .

Each of the modules are usually between 30 minutes and an hour , so hopefully you guys can find an hour during the week . Implementation time on that will take some time , so you will have some time to invest . But I will tell you , one of the things that we want to do with this program is actually give you back more of your time .

So if you're too busy to do a program that gives you back your time , you're never going to get out of that rat race where you're just constantly doing working in the business and not working on it . We want to give you back time . We have a whole module on time-sucking nonsense to help you eliminate that stuff from your business .

So the idea that , oh , suddenly you're gonna all have this like amazing amount of copious free time where you're just sitting there On your hammock wondering what to do with your life cool , maybe I should take a course now that I've Completely you have all the free time in the world .

Speaker 1

It's just probably not too realistic totally , and you know what the thing is is that I am a master procrastinator , y'all . And part of being a procrastinator also comes with a lot of perfectionism and anxiety about what if I can't do it perfectly , what if I don't do every single module ? And that's really where that question usually comes in is you know ?

Well , I'm not sure I'm gonna have time . Yeah , I see how important it is , but I don't know if I'm gonna be able to dedicate the time to implement all of these things .

And therefore , what you're saying to yourself is if I can't do it perfect , then it's not worth doing and that is just some grade a bullshit , and that you cannot let the perfect be the enemy of the good here . If you have some time , you can . You know what ?

Owning your own business , you can create time and you will have time to implement it if you , if you prioritize it .

Speaker 2

I

Building a Successful Business

like that , nicole . I think a lot of these do come back to perfectionism streaks and , frankly , you're not going to implement everything perfectly . I hate to break it to you as well . There is a boatload of things in this module and we are still going back to stuff in here and getting better at it and continuing to improve .

So that's one of the reasons that this is foundational , but it's usually not the end step for most of our folks , because the idea that you can just learn everything you possibly need to know about business and implement it and have a perfect business at the end of six months Is also just some nonsense . We're still working on it eight years in .

I don't know of anybody who's fully satisfied with exactly how their business is , exactly how it runs , and it's going to be a process there . Some of you guys out there who are doing to just wait and see if I can do this alone .

Speaker 1

Right , like , oh , I just listened to this and there's so many things that I need to implement that I haven't done and I'm just going to . Really this is the year where I'm really going to do those things and I'll , you know , maybe the next round , if there is one , like , I'll just wait for that . You know what that's ?

Another procrastination , it's another , yeah , but situation I don't know why , honestly , like we're so into clinical connet and we're not into investing into business connet . That's literally what this is . Wait and see where you can do it alone , like no , that things clinically .

Speaker 2

If you're like , you know what I really want to do pelvic health and I could go to an entry level course on Herman Wallace one but I really want to just do it alone and see how it goes .

Speaker 1

I just really want to put my finger in there . We're going around a little bit and see what I find . That is not Best practices , and it's not best practices in business either . So Just wait and see is like the ultimate procrastination in the ultimate yeah , but and if that doesn't resonate with you , then you shouldn't do the program right .

Speaker 2

And , you know , maybe there are people out there who need to struggle and need to do this the hard way , and if that's you , then fantastic , then don't do a program . But If you're listening to this , I hope that you're taking in some of the advice that we're giving out on this podcast and trying to smooth the way a little bit .

The last one I've got is basically like the yeah , but it's not the perfect thing for my business , I'm too small . Or you've got a couple folks who are like I'm too big , I think I should just go into your CEO program . Or actually like Hold up , no , you're not .

You need these foundations just as much , if not more , than the people who are just starting their practice , because the people just started the practice can Get by with their own charisma and their own hard work and their own sweat and tears .

When you've got employees and processes and a large practice , these systems , especially any one of these systems , is worth going through this course for .

But I mean , we've had people who have gone over a million dollars per year , while in this accelerator program we've had multiple people up over 500,000 , 750,000 , and so it is not for , you know , just novice business owners . I think the earlier in your practice you can do something like this , the better . It's going to smooth everything out .

But if you're sitting there and saying , man , I'm too big for this or I'm too whatever for this , I'll be honest with you . The answer is not . We certainly weren't and we certainly aren't , and I don't think there's many people out there who really are .

Speaker 1

Yeah , I don't say , if you think that , then we're not the right coaches for you , because we're all about , like , self awareness , we're all about Humbleness and just making sure that , yeah , we can always learn something , we can always do better , we can always be better .

If you don't know me and who I am , why I say that , then we're probably not people to work with . But there is nobody . That's too small . There's nobody unless you haven't seen any patients yet .

Speaker 2

Yeah , if you're brand new and haven't seen anybody else , we have a kickstart program that gets you up and running . But if you are , your doors are open and you're seeing patients , or you've been doing this for 20 years and you've got a multi clinician practice . Either way , we want this to be for you guys .

So I hope that answers some of your questions about all of this stuff . If you have any other ones , make sure you get on the wait list for the accelerator program .
