Professional Identity Development of PAL Facilitators

S03-E06 In this podcast episode, I share the change process that foster professional identity emergence among PAL facilitators. In addition to this audio episode, I also provide several PDF documents. One is a set of PP slides that I used with the talk. Another is a short annotated bibliography of publications that others have written about how the PAL experience has influenced change with the facilitators.
