S03-E17 Peer-led Team Learning (PLTL) is a model of teaching undergraduate STEM courses that integrates peer-led workshops as an integral part of a course to increase success for all enrolled students, especially those that are historically-underrepresented. PLTL was created at City University of New York and is used at colleges around the world.
