LMS India Assist 2020: Praveen Sharma

Praveen Sharma is working with Samsung and based in Greater Noida, UP, India. With work he manages to do some crazy ultra races. He has been keeping his fitness well during the lockdown period in India amid pandemic. Here he is talking about the important races of his life so far and his last long race, The Last Man Stands (in India's backyard) now known as India Backyard Ultra. He was assist of the race at 38 hrs. It's a race where one has to run 6.7 kms every hour. Let's hear it from the man himself!
