Ocean Breathing

We’re back! This is the first episode of our fifth season and it’s an ocean adventure! We’re starting off with some cool ocean facts and practice ujjayi (oo-JAI-yee) breathing, or ocean breathing. Ocean breathing is a great way to check in with ourselves, plus it’s super relaxing!
