What is Church?

What do you call church? 

I think for most American Christians we refer to what we do on Sunday morning as worship. And it's an appropriate term. We come to church to offer God our prayers and praise and to bring him our gifts as well. Is that really all we do on Sunday morning? Or even the main focus?
