Russia and Ukraine traded heavy drone strikes overnight into this morning, even as the U.S. and Ukraine prepare to talk about how to end the war. Secretary of State Rubio heads to Saudi Arabia Sunday night, where he’ll meet with Ukrainian officials on Tuesday.
