Carano retired from competition and transitioned from the ring to the screen, landing her first major role as the lead of the action film "Haywire," which was followed by appearances in "Fast & Furious 6" and "Deadpool." She also portrayed Cara Dune in the first two seasons of the Disney+ space Western series "The Mandalorian" from 2019 to 2020.
