The Brokerage is our new company that Scott and I have started. We are no longer with Allison James, as we have decided to venture out on our own and start this new chapter.

Our motto is “the story we create sells houses.” We are creating the story of what it would be like to live in a home. You are selling a house, but in the bigger picture, you are selling the community.

Grova creative designed our new logo for The Brokerage, as well as the logo for Patty’s Playhouse. These are two very different designs, that are both extremely well executed. Her talent can be used in innumerable ways, and our new design really shows how diverse our new company will be.

As a realtor, you need to have a good relationship with your broker. So long as you do, you will get paid in full and on time. If you don’t have a good relationship with them and you don’t put in the necessary work, they are not required to pay you. A well-drawn out agreement, solid communication, and a strong relationship are the key to your paycheck.

We opened this new company to invest in our clients. We wanted to provide top of the line services to those who come to us and trust us to sell their home or trust us to find them a home that matches their personality. But overall, we want to give back to our clients what they have given to us: their time and commitment.
