Episode description

People on average buy 4 homes in their life. When buying homes with us, we try and add value to the experience to make it worth your money and time.

Recently, local defense attorney Annabelle Dias caught a serious blip in her contract for a new home she was buying, which included some off-putting addendums about minorities. She terminated the contract and brought it to the attention of the public.

HOA’s and COA’s are two different things – Home Owners Associations govern your life and what you do on the property. Condo Owners Associations own the structure and the land it was built on.

The average HOA fee per year is $966. This is an average number for the United States.
