A hitting instructor in San Diego, John Peabody has been able to work with hundred of kids over the coarse of his career. I found John on twitter and have been following the content that he has been putting out for a few years now. In this episode John talks about hitting mechanics including common flaws he sees in players swings, drills to help players, and how he got so good at understanding the swing He is also an ambassador for Blast Motion. A bat sensor that can track bat speed, attack angle, and whether or not your swing is on plane with the pitch.
