Baserunning! A topic that is not talked about enough but is so crucial to having a successful offense.

No better way to talk about baserunning than bring on one of the best at teaching it in the game, Matt Talarico.

Matt is currently the baserunning coordinator and MiLB Hitting Coach for the New York Yankees.
