NAIA to the Big Leagues with Ben Heller

On this episode we have a current player joining us on the podcast! Ben Heller, who has had an amazing journey from starting back as a high school pitcher not getting recruited. He then signed on to play at Olivet Nazarene a small NAIA college, got drafted by the Indians in the 22nd round, and ended up making it to the MLB. Ben has had some tough luck with injuries the last few seasons. In this episode, he talks about having to deal with those injuries from a mental and physical standpoint. We also talk about how Ben uses meditation to stay in the moment, why being too coachable isn't a good thing and advice to young players.
