        Pitching Coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Cincinnati. 


-       Not going to clone pitchers, just want to understand where they’re coming from 

-       Mobility Assessments 

-       Long toss program with Jaeger bands. Don’t put limits on your arm!

-       Key to recruiting – building relationships with high school, summer baseball coaches.

-       Once they start to get stronger, they’re able to make mechanical changes.

-       Let them come in and pitch during their Freshman fall, start to make changes if necessary, during winter

-       Show pitchers a visual of intent and what that means.
