What qualifies someone to get a job in professional baseball? Where do you apply? In this episode we bring on Ari Adut, who is currently an MiLB hitting coach in the New York Yankees organization. For the previous five years Ari coached at Los Angles Valley College, a JUCO, where Ari served as the hitting coach as well as the strength and conditioning coach. In this episode Ari talks about how he was approached by several MLB organizations while he was coaching JUCO baseball. He gives tips for anyone looking to follow in his footsteps.
