We often hear about what it's like to be a coach at the youth level. I wanted to bring on someone who is solely doing that, coaching youth players, to see what it's really like, and how we can make it better for the future of our game. On this episode we have Justin Sherman, Justin has his own training program, JustinTime Baseball. He specializes in coaching youth players ages 6-13 and describes what it's like to not only coach the players, but the parents as well.
