2021 World Series Champion, Bobby Magallanes joins the show this week! Prior to this past season Bobby had spent 31 years in the minor leagues as a player and as a coach. While he was coaching in the minor leagues, Bobby got his masters degree in performance psychology. Let me tell you from first hand experience, that is useful when coaching hitters during a 100 plus game season. We also talk about the importance of having a growth mindset as a coach. mindfulness, what coaching actually means, and two strike approach.
