Biblical Child Training: What Is It?

In this episode, we sit outside and discuss a (very brief) proper understanding of Proverbs 22's counsel to "train up a child in the way that he should go." Is biblical training whatever each household defines it to be? Do we see training as an ongoing action that infiltrates every facet of child rearing or is it limited to "spiritual" things, events and experiences?
