A Florida man was sentenced to 180 days in jail, for not giving police the pass code for his cell phone. The court ruled that this barrier is not protected under the Fifth Amendment, which protects against self-incrimination. The guys offer their thoughts and say, if you've got nothing to hide, just give the cops the code.
