Life expectancy in the United States dropped this past year from 78.9 years to 78.8 years, and it did so in spite of the efforts of Obamacare. This was the first such drop since 1993 (or when Stu was in high school), and the death rate increased slightly as well. Stu makes it clear, every supposedly ideal system from that of Bernie Sanders to that Rand Paul will have some examples of people being victimized in some way.
