Cohost Zack Semke interviews Amy Failla, Principal at Baxt Ingui Architects, the NYC-based firm known for its Passive House retrofits of historic buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and beyond. Amy shares about how she was drawn to architecture as a young child, how she made the leap from architecture school straight to Baxt Ingui, her recent work managing the Engine 16 project (a Passive House retrofit of an historic firehouse into a 6-unit multifamily building), and her role on the board of Passive House New York.
