About Shauna:
Shauna is currently the Vice President of Public Affairs and Member Services at the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA), a trade association representing providers of mental healthcare, substance use treatment, and social services throughout the state.
Shauna serves on the Board of Directors of Attitudes in Reverse (AIR), a nonprofit whose mission is to save lives through mental health and suicide prevention education, as well as a program training school staff and their dogs to be therapy teams. Shauna is also AIR’s Director of Communications, and she is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aider. Through her positions with both NJAMHAA and AIR, Shauna has had numerous opinion-editorial pieces and letters to editors published, as well as a chapter in Motherhood, Mental Illness, and Recovery.
