Mount Royal Head Coach Shawn Sky joins the show! Shawn started his post secondary coaching career for the Grant MacEwan Griffins before making the move to MRU when they were a part of the ACAC. With the Mount Royal Cougars Shawn has 2x ACAC Championships, 2x CCAA Bronze, and an CCAA National Championship! He's also been a part of Team Alberta and Volleyball Canada programs. We cover all of this, his love for team building, sport psychology and more!
