Episode 7 - The Old Hag

Sleep paralysis or demon? Whatever you believe, what 7 percent of people see during these experience are the same. This demon or entity is described as being an old woman of some sort also known as the old hag. Usually occurs in times of great stress and mental turmoil. She is known to hold you down, sense of a heavy weight on your body and sometimes even strangle you. You try to scream and no sound comes out, you try to move and you realize that you have no control of your body. All you can do is just lay there until its over and hope it is over soon.
