Episode description
In this pilot episode, we meet our darling, sweet, perfect Leslie Knope, the Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation in Pawnee, Indiana. We see how the injury of a local citizen's boyfriend (ANN AND ANDY!), inspires Leslie to start a committee to build a park on an incredibly large and dangerous pit. Meet the Pawnee Parks and Rec crew and join us for behind the scenes on everything from locations to characters, and of course stay for the therapy. We need it.
