According to all the tests, when Loreni Delgado was pregnant, there was only a 1 in 8,021 chances that her son would be born with Down syndrome. Therefore, there was no reason for her doctor to suggest she have an amniocentesis. But just hours after Miles was born, Loreni and her husband were delivered the news...
