It's going to be very relevant fairly soon , I would imagine , Given all the steps that Jack Smith's been taking here recently in his investigation of the January 6th insurrection and all the events leading up to it .

Trust me on this it's some serious fucking shit , and a number of the individuals that he's known to have interviewed recently feature prominently in the report . So that will be a good way to gloss up on the things that Jack Smith is going to be bringing to light In indictments in what I imagine will be the next few weeks Maybe a mother too .

We'll see Fingers crossed . Alright , here's where we're starting off today . Sondland law of a bitch . So , jared Kushner , if you don't know who that is , after a year of listening to this podcast , like , what the fuck have you been doing with your life ?

That's Donald J Trump's Sondland Law and former well , I guess I don't even know what to call his position when he was in the White House , supposedly in charge of creating peace in the Middle East , did a terrible fucking job of that .

Given that Trump's idea of peace was to surrender the entire fucking country of Afghanistan to the Taliban , that was a fucking terrible disaster of a move . Anyway , I've digressed .

He's apparently been questioned by Jack Smith's team in recent weeks here in an attempt for Jack Smith and the prosecutors to establish that the former president , donald Trump , knew his efforts to stay in power were built on a fucking lie . Spoiler alert we already know the answer it was built on a lie .

But again , jack Smith's team needs to prove this in court beyond a reasonable doubt and Jared Kushner could potentially be called as a defense witness to establish Trump's state of mind and whatever testimony he might be willing to offer if Trump is indicted and put on trial . Smith's team will need to know that in advance and this is to get that on the record .

This isn't an investigative step in the sense of they need Kushner's testimony to find leads in order to find evidence to build a case to indict Trump . I'm sure they're already past that point .

What this is doing is making sure that Kushner's testimony is locked in before the trial so they know what he's going to say and , should he decide to change his story going forward , they'll have him on a potential charge for lying to investigators Classic 1001 .

Anyway , smith's team has met with a number of individuals over the last few weeks , including Kushner , asking specifically whether Trump had privately acknowledged in the days after the 2020 election that he had lost .

Smith suggests the prosecutors are trying to establish whether Trump was acting with a corrupt intent as he sought to remain in power and all his efforts were based on a lie Evidence . They could bolster any criminal charges if they're brought .

This particular interview with Kushner took place in June NDC , where it said he maintained that it was his impression that Trump truly believed the election was stolen , and this is despite two firms that were hired by Trump's campaign telling Trump otherwise he had spent , I don't know , something like a million dollars hiring an outside independent firm to evaluate his

claims of election fraud and the fact that the election 2020 was decided unfairly . The firm went out through its own particular investigative methods and came to the conclusion that it was not the case . Trump lost , they told him , and his campaign broke the loss and Trump couldn't take their word for it .

So he went on to spend another million dollars on a second firm and guess what ? They came back with the same answer .

So for Kushner to go on the record here and say it's his belief that Trump seemingly thought he had won the 2020 election , I mean , given what prosecutors may have gathered the information they may have garnered from other witnesses , this might potentially put Kushner in a tough bind here , as he may have lied to prosecutors .

Also , it's of note that Kushner did not put up a real battle in trying to weasel out of his testimony with Jack Smith's team and , given that I imagine that the sources for this information given that it was an article by Maggie Haberman and one of her cohorts that this information is coming from within Trump's circle , if not Kushner himself , so take the

reporting regarding what exactly his testimony was with a grain of salt . It's entirely possible that he went in there and threw Trump under the bus you know who the fuck knows and then came out telling Trump and his people in Haberman a completely different story . You know to cover his own ass , so to speak .

But let's take a look at what some of the other individuals around Trump who have interacted with him in the weeks before the election have been saying to prosecutors and the January 6th committee . When you know , you took the L .

So others in Trump's orbit , such as Alyssa Farragriffin , the White House comms director , who was there in the days after the 2020 election . She talked to prosecutors and repeated an account that you provided last year to the House Select Committee , the J6 Committee , where she recounts Trump saying in the days after the election could you believe I lost Joe Biden ?

And a direct quote from her testimony to the committee was in that moment . I think he knew he lost . So that's pretty fucking straightforward , right ? He's on the record there . Can you believe I lost this guy , knowing he lost One of the joint chiefs of staff , general Mark Milley ?

He's come out quite often here lately , given that the Iran document that Trump was supposedly waving around in Bedminster in an attempt to privately dock on Mark Milley for whatever reason , even though it's fucking asinine , given that Trump probably ordered him to drop the document in the first place .

Mark Milley had an Oval Office meeting late in December rather late in November or early December of 2020 , where Trump said himself to Milley that he had lost , and this is a direct quote from Milley . He says worse to the effect of yeah , we lost , we need to let that issue go to the next guy .

Mr Milley said at a meeting President Biden and the entire gist of the conversation was and it lasted that meeting lasted maybe an hour or something like that Very rational General Milley said he was calm , there wasn't anything , or the subject we were talking about was a very serious subject , but everything looked very normal to me .

But I do remember him saying that , oh , and that issue that Milley was referring to that Trump was saying needed to go to the next guy . That would be Afghanistan . So complicated shit Trump didn't want to deal with and he was like , fuck it , we lost . That Biden handle that .

So we've got another member of Trump's inner circle here confirming that Trump acknowledged , at least in private , that he lost the 2020 election . There's also a text message from early December 2020 , between some of Trump's lawyers that was disclosed last week .

The show Trump was looking at that time for reports of how the election was stolen , even if they hadn't been substantiated . So he's looking for evidence that doesn't exist . The show that he won the 2020 election . Whether it's true or not , he doesn't care . He just needs some kind of report , whether there's actual evidence to back up the claim or not .

But that text was sent by Borch Epstein , who's also featured prominently in the January 6th report . Again , like , stick around to this podcast . You'll get another chunk of that coming soon . And Borch Epstein was talking to other members of Trump's legal team , including Giuliani .

Epstein said that he was relaying a direct message from Trump's communications aide , jason Miller . So he's like find me anything that says I won the 2020 election , whether it was fucking true or not . And we've also got Trump here admitting to other individuals in close proximity that he knew he lost .

You may not remember this , but Giuliani was one of the few people who told Trump to follow through with the plan and just declare victory after the 2020 election , regardless of whether you've actually won or not , before the votes are even fucking counted , like on election night , rudy was hammered , as per the usual , I suppose , and he was telling Trump hey , just

claim victory , bro , you got this . Even if you lost , it'll cause some fucking chaos and we'll figure out the shit later , after the fact . So in the back and forth messages between the legal team , this is what Giuliani said Urgent POTUS requests needs best examples of election fraud . That we've alleged is super easy to explain .

That's what he said Doesn't necessarily have to be proven , but does need to be easy to understand . And then he went on is there any sort of greatest hits clearinghouse that anyone has for best examples , thank you .

And later that same day , giuliani wrote the security camera in Atlanta alone captures theft of a minimum of 30,000 votes , which alone would change the result in Georgia . Remember , it will live in history as the theft of a state if it is not corrected by state legislature . And what he's talking about ?

There is the video from the State Farm Arena footage where election workers Ruby Freeman and Shea Moss are on video , with Freeman sharing with Moss a ginger mint under the table . And Giuliani claimed that that was some kind of proof that they were .

I actually don't even know what the fucking ridiculous ass conspiracy theory is Look , I don't even know what he was trying to imply there . Maybe they had a thumb drive and they were using it to hack the fucking election machines ? I don't know . Rudy is crazy .

It's really hard to make sense of anything that he says , given that he's highly intoxicated Most of the time . He's a real judge , janine of lawyers . But yeah , those basis claims went nowhere Again , rudy's been sanctioned here and could potentially lose his law license soon . He's definitely been recommended for this environment . We'll see what the bar says .

He's also made a proffer to Jack Smith's team to cooperate in exchange for what is likely the possibility of pleading guilty to lesser crimes than he would be indicted for should he not cooperate .

And it's also been revealed that one of the things Jack Smith's team has been investigating here in recent weeks is the plot to terrorize election workers by creating these conspiracy theories and spurting them in public and having Trump supporters go harass them .

So Rudy Giuliani would be key to that , key to whether or not Trump was clear on the fact that he lost the 2020 election . Pivotal to the fake electors plot , probably pivotal to the campaign and pressure of Mike Pence to disrupt the January 6 certification of the electors and likely to some degree involved with the January 5th and 6th war rooms .

I would imagine that he would have some insight on and whether there was any direct communication between those individuals and members of the right wing militias like the Oathkeeth Burs and the Proud Boys and their involvement , and there is a dishous plot to overthrow the government which they had been found guilty of ?

Also , of note , speaking of those two groups , it appears that Jack Smith's scene is appealing the sentencing of those individuals on the grounds that the sentencing was too light . The judge in a number of those cases departed downward in a significant fashion , giving them years off of what would be the middle of the sentencing guidelines .

And one way to look at that is maybe Jack's team isn't satisfied with the severity of the punishment , giving them the extraordinary nature of the actions taken by these people . But another consideration could be that these guys were just like the lowly soldiers on the ground taking orders from some higher ups .

And Jack Smith's team is going after the higher ups and they want to make sure that the individuals who put this plot together receive the maximum criminal penalty allowable by law , and to do that because , like crimes are supposed to be sentenced in a similar fashion .

Well , given that these individuals were given a downward departure , if Smith's team were to charge other individuals higher up in the conspiracy , then that would likely result in them getting a downward departure as well , and I assume that Jack Smith , like me , doesn't want to let any of these motherfuckers off the hook , and I am totally on board with that .

Like they ask us off for every , if you can , don't let them , motherfuckers , ever get out of fucking prison .

I assume we're going to have more breaking information about the January 6th investigation coming this week , as well as the classified documents case , or at least the scheduling as far as that pertains to Judge Cannon's decision on whether or not to grant Trump's request for a delay in the trial , where Smith's team asks for a reasonable date to be set in December

of 2023 , before 2024 is even here , trump's team asks for an indefinite delay . Like they're like , well , we can wait until after the 2024 election and then we can talk about setting a trial date . Then , like what the fuck ? That's never going to happen , and then we can talk about the trial act . She's got to have a date on the fucking calendar . That's just .

Not only is it par for the course . It's just like the constitutionality of not having a court date set at all . It's just absolutely balkers , insane , and the fact that they would even ask for that is just wildly asinine .

But I mean , I guess when you think you've got the judge in your pocket , you do whatever it takes to get your client in the best position , even if he's a fucking criminal dame to call him mastermind . Anyway , let's move on to some other interesting topics . We have Republicans in the House Oversight Committee who are being left to their own devices .

All right , hang with me here . So the House Oversight Committee you know doing their best to use their congressional power to try and smear Hunter Biden and , in effect , smear President Biden in his run up to the 2024 election have been demanded by Democrats on the committee to turn over information detailing their interactions .

Gal Luft , who is a recently charged think tank leader who called himself patient zero with a Biden family investigation .

So DOJ unsealed an indictment of this guy last Monday on a number of serious fucking charges , including failure register as a foreign agent and also recruiting and paying an undamed former high ranking US government official on behalf of China who was get this , a member of Trump's 2016 transition team . Yeah , I never would have guessed that shit .

That's fucking incredible . So Comer is using this committee to try and paint out Hunter Biden as some kind of bribe taking foreign agent , and here it is .

The guy that they're trying to use as a source or quote unquote whistle blower to blow the whistle on the Biden administration is a fucking foreign agent himself who's been taking money from China and trying to bribe members of Trump's team . Wow , the fucking insanity of that . This guy's also been accused of brokering illicit arms deals and violating Iran sanctions .

I set up meetings between the Iranian officials and the Chinese energy company to discuss oil deals . Yeah , man , they've dug themselves in a deep fucking hole here . So this was the guy that Republicans claimed would blow the roof off the investigation in the Hunter Biden , but then he disappeared . They couldn't find him . They didn't know if he was dead or alive .

The information he was supposedly in possession of that disappeared and , as it turns out , the reason why they couldn't find him is because he was arrested in Cyprus and when they let him out on bail , that motherfucker fled . So he was fucking fugitive from law enforcement for months since , like February , and that's why they couldn't find their fucking witness .

Oh my God , these fucking guys . And then they like accused Biden of trying to like I don't know hamstring the fucking investigation and punish this guy for blowing the whistle on Hunter Biden and his supposed business dealings .

When the Department of Justice indicted this guy last fucking year in like November , sometime before Republicans even took over the fucking House committees , so before this guy even had the chance to become a whistleblower like , biden could either see the future or he like , or today's Biden went back in time to have this motherfucker indicted .

So I just yeah , insanity there , right . And then the most incredible thing about this , this whole entire debacle , is the Republicans want to continue using his guys as a fucking witness , like they're so married to this fucking thing that they can't get off this guy , even though he's a fucking criminal .

My God , man , these dudes are fucking morons Like calling the kettle black over here with you . Fucking morons . Jesus Christ , get it together . Fucking morons . These guys are so dumb Like .

Given the fact that loft is a fucking foreign agent , it's entirely possible that this dude is caught up on like federal wiretap somewhere you know , with the FISA surveillance warrant , because they've been working with this guy to try and dirty up the Biden administration .

The Republicans themselves can be called on wiretaps or have their text messages and emails swept up in this shit . Ace job there , geniuses , ace job A . Plus . I prove wholeheartedly of you trying to work with the spy to take down the president of the United States , and then you guys get fucking busted .

This is like putting a banana in your own fucking tailpipe , guys . Oh my god , these dudes . All right , moving on , everybody loves Ray Epps , all right .

So Ray Epps , if you're not familiar with this individual , is a two-time Trump voter from Arizona who found himself at the center of a wild and wacky January 6 conspiracy Started by none other than Tucker Carlson , who is no longer at the fucking network , by the way , and with good reason . This individual , ray Epps , is suing Fox News for defamation .

So the lawsuit alleges that the network , and particularly its former star host , tucker Carlson , is mentioned previously Painted Epps is an undercover federal agent in order to push a conspiracy theory that the FBI helped orchestrate January 6th and the attack on the Capitol in order to make Trump and his supporters look so bad .

So , according to the lawsuit and this is a direct quote , in the aftermath of the events on January 6th , fox News searched for a scapegoat to blame other than Donald Trump or the Republican Party .

Eventually , they turned on one of their own , telling a fantastical story in which Ray Epps , who was a Trump supporter that participated in the protest on January 6th , was undercover FBI agent and was responsible for the mob that violently broke into the Capitol . He interfered with the peaceful transition of power for the first time in this country's history .

So Carlson repeatedly pushed that particular conspiracy theory on his show , and this all began with like a video of Epps basically saying you know , telling people that he wanted to , you know , go down to the Capitol and protest .

Well , they get down into the fucking Capitol and then the people are out of fucking control and attacking police and trying to break into the building , and Epps is like , well , hold on a second , I didn't sign up for this shit . Maybe we should calm down , guys . It's getting out of control .

And because he's like trying to like stop the violence , the Trump supporters in the fucking video and turning around looking at him like , well , damn , you must be a fad , you've got to be a fad . How come you don't want to like beat police and try and break into the Capitol and fucking kill Congress to stop the certification of Biden's election , right ?

So because one of Trump supporters was like hey , actually the violence is bad , that's their evidence that he must be an FBI informant or something which is fucking banana self implication there . That , like , actually what we intended to do was to go to the Capitol and do some , do some violence .

We chose violence today and this dude was like stop , and that means the FBI was responsible for orchestrating me and tackle the . It's fucking insane . Um , the failure of these people to do logic , too too intelligent to engage in any kind of coherent , rational thoughts about the things that they say in fucking do man , like my god .

Yeah , well , it looks like Fox News is gonna have to pay another fucking hundred million dollars . So we'll see how this works out . I'm fairly certain that the way things went with the dominion lawsuit I mean , once we get the text messages from Fox News host about this guy oh , it's over over , all right .

Next up , all I want for Christmas is a Clarence Thomas . So several lawyers who've had business before the supreme court including one who successfully argued the indifirmative action at universities , uh , which we were hard broken about on this fucking podcast paid money to an aid close to justice , clarence Thomas . According to that , aides get this Venmo transactions .

Yes , folks , you heard it correctly . After Matt Gaetz got busted for paying thousands of dollars for what it was supposedly ice cream , which we know to be either drugs or , well , something graphic . Um , other people out here getting busted by having their Venmo payments public .

The payments appear to have been made in connection to Clarence Thomas's 2019 Christmas party , so just a little over four and a half years ago . The payments to Rajan Vashist , who served as Trump's aide from 2019 to 2021 .

They seem to underscore the close ties between Clarence Thomas and a number of Washington DC lawyers who argue cases and have other business in front of him on the courts . So this guy's Venmo account , which is obviously no longer public . The account shows that the seven payments he received in November were from lawyers who previously served as Thomas's legal clerks .

The amount of the payments wasn't disclosed , but the purpose of each payment is listed as either Christmas Party , thomas Christmas Party , ct Christmas Party or CT Ex-Mas Party , in an apparent reference to Justice Thomas's initials . Yeah , way to like . Make that less suspicious , guys .

So the lawyers who made the Venmo payment transactions are Patrick Strawbridge , who's a partner . And Constable McCarty , who recently argued that affirmative action violated the Constitution . Uh poo , poo old , that guy pox on you and all your whatever the fuck the saying goes .

Kay Todd , who served as White House Deputy Counsel under Donald Trump in the time of the payment and is now a managing party of Cipollone's law office .

Albert Linn , the former Solicitor General of West Virginia , who played a key role in a Supreme Court case that limited the EPA in their ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions , which I'm sure companies found to be quite profitable . And among some others there was Brian Schmalsbach , a partner at McGuire Woods , who argued multiple cases before the Supreme Court .

And not that there might necessarily be anything wrong with , say , you know the guys that there's a Christmas party , they're on a little party for clearance . Thomas , everyone's chipping in a little small amount to . You know , get some goodies and some food and drinks and a couple of gifts or gift card or whatever the fuck Right there's .

There's nothing you know untoward about that . But also , you would like for individuals on the Supreme Court to report those kinds of things on their fucking public disclosure forms so we can know and make sure that there's no untoward activities going on .

Right , because Clarence Thomas here has a pristine record when it comes to reporting any financial contributions other individuals have made on his behalf in the past . Right , because he's he's been a plus in that department . That would be fucking sarcasm .

He's been fucking terrible at this , taking money from billionaires and flying across the fucking country on these expensive ass trips that you know cost more than his fucking yearly salary and whatnot . Motherfucker , buying his mom and South to letting her live in a bitch rent free . Like Jack Smith is living in Trump's head All kinds of shit .

All these other mother conservative motherfuckers on the Supreme Court doing dirt Amy called me bare at selling some , selling our houses and fucking religious groups that bring fucking cases before the fucking Supreme Court . Like Jesus Christ man , you guys need to get to get your fucking shit together .

And what the Senate is doing like why Senate judiciary judiciary isn't investigating this ? I have no fucking idea . They need to get off their fucking asses . Let me get it . Get it together , guys . You have control of the Senate . Right , like we gave you so many fucking senators that cinema left . The Democratic Party became independent .

So , speaking of Venmo , investigators from the House Ethics Committee , which is controlled by Republicans , have begun reaching out to witnesses as part of a recently revived investigation into you guessed it ?

Matt Gaetz from Florida , focused on allegations that he may have engaged in sexual misconduct , including sex with the minor paying for sex over Venmo , illicit drug use and other misconduct .

He also recently was I don't know , I guess this was the attorney point USA , where he was talking about the incident where cocaine was found in the White House and he was like ain't mine , bro . No one asked you why the guilty conscience there ? What are you trying to get ahead of , oh man ?

So at least one witness in Florida said that they spoke to investigators from the committee about Gaetz in recent weeks , about alleged lobbying violations as well , with sources saying a number of other witnesses have also been contacted .

So apparently this investigation has expanded and maybe that's why Steve Bannon , who seems like I don't know the husk of some alien out of a men-in-black movie , is quite irate about anyone going after his baby Matt Gaetz , because it's not looking too good for him .

The ethics committee , which at the time , was controlled by Democrats , originally opened an investigation in 2021 , announcing that they were examining a range of allegations , including Gaetz violating sex trafficking laws , sharing inappropriate images or videos on the House floor itself , converted campaign funds to personal use and accepted a bribe , among other things .

That investigation ended , like I said , early in 2023 , as the House committee was taken over by Republicans . Lots of disarray going over there and that other party that it's not Democrats . You'd think the media would do more of a job of making note of that . That there's disarray everywhere and it's not Democrats , but they don't give a f*****g . They don't care .

Now I'm doing my part , though Part of the insurrection cares we care , alright . Last but not least , we have Melania packing it up . No , she's not leaving Trump , that I know of , but you'll get that in just a second . So a Donald Trump-aligned super-peck made an unusual payment of $155,000 to Melania Trump in December of 2021 .

According to a new personal financial disclosure filing by Trump last Thursday , the money came from the Make America Great Again again . Pack these names , dude . He's supposed to be a f*****g branding genius and , like this is the best he can do . We're gonna make America Great Again again .

He's like if President Biden was like we're gonna build back better , but even better . I mean , I guess the name of our podcast is only slightly better than that . Anyway , the super-peck , however , did disclose Melania as a specific recipient of that $155,000 in its own list of expenditures . I wonder why they didn't make note of that .

Instead , the money was listed as being broken into two payments one day apart . Two designers management agency these f*****g names of these f*****g shell company-seeming sh**t that is supposedly an ad agency . In this particular agency , it lists Melania as one of its clients , so the payments were labeled event planning and consulting in the super-pecks FEC filing .

It is extremely rare and I expect that it is likely close to illegal , for the spouse of a presidential candidate to be paid directly by a campaign on outside group that is affiliated with the candidate , such as a pack or super-pack To make America Great Again again .

Pack is now defunct , transferring nearly $9 million that was being held in its coffers in 2022 to a similar pack called Make America Great Again Inc . These f*****g confusing ass names . This definitely sounds like some money laundering type sh**t , doesn't it ?

So a representative for the super-pack said that Melania had been hired through her agency for quote design consulting for Make America Great Again again dinner and that her responsibilities included choosing tableware , arranging settings and picking floral arrangements .

The initial fee was around $125,000 , with the second payment the next day being $30,000 paid for additional services rendered out of the scope of the first contract . These motherf*****g paid Melania $155,000 for some f*****g floral arrangements . You've got to f*****g be kidding me . You've got to be kidding me . You've got to be kidding me .

How many hours did she put into this ? Like two . She's billing $75,000 an hour . You've got to get the f*****g out of here with this . Oh my god , I hope Jack Smith opens up an investigation into Melania's finances and not just Trump and Trump campaign and Trump's packs . I mean cuz I want to see where the f*****g her money is coming from . As well .

As for the sh**hole of the week award , I hear by nominate RFK Jr , also known as Rat F**k Jr , because that's what he's attempting to do to Biden in the 2024 election .

Here I nominate him for saying some totally asinine , racist , anti-semitic sh**t the other day , where he proposed the idea that COVID was supposedly a bio-engineered weapon that targeted white people and black people while sparing the Jewish community and Chinese people .

I mean , I feel like that goes without X , like I shouldn't have to explain that any further , but like , yes , clearly China handled COVID so well . What a f*****g b*****g you , sir , or hereby awarded the sh**hole of the week award . I hope you burn in hell and say hello to Arbor Isles when you get there . Worst f*****g Kennedy ever , jesus .

As for my closing thoughts , I would just like to take one short moment to give Biden some f*****g credit , since no one else is . Job number is incredible , economy growing at an incredible rate , inflation damn near down the pre-pandemic levels , if not already there . Infrastructure at kicking in Republicans all across the country trying to take credit for that sh**t .

That's how good it was , even though none of them , motherf*****s , voted for it . I mean , this dude is winning all the way around . No nonsense , no crazy sh**t . He's not on Twitter saying insane sh**t at four o'clock in the morning , you know , saying absolutely bonkers , absurd stuff , doing crazy sh**t in the White House , abusing his power . None of that .

He's just doing a good job every single f*****g goddamn day , staying on his grind , even though he saved the United States in more ways than one in 2021 .
