Callaroga Shark media at low and welcome to Palace Intrieg. I am your host, Mark Francis, Prince Harry and Megan Marko have been worned that organized crime gangs are actively targeting their affluent Montecito neighborhood, with police urging residents to heighten their security measures. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have resided in their multimillion pound mansion and the celebrity packed enclave for five years, raising their two children, Prince
Archie five and Princess Lila but three. Their neighbors include a host of high profile figures such as Oprah Winfrey, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, and Gwyneth Paltrow, making the area an attractive target for sophisticated criminal operations. Authorities have specifically warned of gangs originating from South America who are reportedly conducting organized burglaries in the district, focusing on affluent celebrities and athletes. Local law enforcement is advising residents to take
additional precautions to secure their homes against these threats. While there is no indication that Harry Meghan's residence has been directly targeted, the warning highlights growing concern about security in the exclusive neighborhood. Given their prominence and past concerns of privacy and safety, it is likely that the Sussexes will take heed of the warnings and ensure their security measures
remain robust. Jason Now, the former communications secretary to both the Sussex's and the Waleses, told sixteen Minutes Australia how neither Prince William nor Catherine, the Wonderful Princess of Wales actively sought the public attention that comes with their roles. Jason said, neither the Prince nor the Princess would choose to be public figures. They're not that interested in the
fame and celebrity that comes with it. Dismissing any suggestion that the couple is chasing popularity, he added, in fact, they are not really interested at all. What you see is what you get behind the scenes as well. His remarks come at a time when Prince William has emerged as the most popular royal, with Catherine receiving widespread public sympathy following her cancer diagnosis. Now, however, attributed their success not to pr strategies, but to their authenticity in style.
Took note of the increasing amounts of PDA we get from the Waleses. Since her announcement of March of last year that Kate was facing down cancer, the couple have never been more tactile, particularly in the September ninth video
Kate released announcing she had completed chemotherapy. A romantic still from that video ended up being used by William and Kate to mark Valentine's Day on social media earlier this year, poignantly the first time the couple has ever done so in their nearly fourteen years of marriage and over twenty years as a couple. The public displays of affection even made their way into work in February when the couple
visited Wales. In a video share to ex William and Kate can be seen from behind, holding hands and walking through the train station. Not only did the display happen in the first place, the couple specifically chose to share it on their social media accounts. Body language expert Judy James told the Son this Welsh outing suggests the carcus well and truly out of the bottle, and the couple are now more than happy to continue with the nonverbal
narrative of fondness and flirting. It's always been known that they will naturally hold hands and hug behind the scenes when adopting a more formal and less tactile professional persona. But here they are in public, walking along a station platform with their bodies welded together. The wonderful Kate, who isn't interested in fame nor the celebrity that comes with it, recently recycled an eighteen year old jacket while visiting the
Meadow Street Community Garden and Woodland. Last week, Kate opted for a classic eighteen year old jacket, sparking widespread admiration among royal watchers. The navy blue berbery trench, first seen on Catherine during her university days at Saint Andrew's, immediately caught the attention of fans, who took to social media to praise her timeless elegance and commitment to rewearing pieces
from her wardrobe. One admirer wrote, Kate Middleton proving once again the true style isn't about following trends, but about timeless fashion. Another added, sustainable, classic and still stunning eighteen years later, just like the Princess her More palace. In just a moment, a screen print of the late Queen Elizabeth II by Andy Warhol is among the highlights of the new exhibition showcasing a century of Royal portrait photography
in Edinburgh. Royal Portraits a Century of Photography is now on display at the King's Gallery in the Palace of Holywood House, following its earlier run at Buckingham Palace. The exhibition, open until September seventh, features more than ninety prints, proofs and documents from the Royal Collection and Royal Archives, chronicling the evolution of royal portrait photography from the nineteen twenties through to King Charles the Third's coronation in twenty twenty three.
Among the notable images is the earliest surviving colour print of a royal taken in nineteen thirty five by Madame Yevonne, featuring Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester on her wedding day. The exhibition also includes milestone portraits such as Princess Anne's twenty first birthday photographs taken by Norman Parkinson in nineteen seventy one at Frogmore House Gardens, and Cecil Beaton's iconic
coronation portrait of Queen Elizabeth. A striking twenty ten image of the late Queen of Bawmoral wearing the mantle of the Order of the Thistle, was inspired by historical clan
chief portraits and captured by Julian Corder. Other highlights include the Queen Mother's nineteen thirty nine portraits in Norman Hartknel gowns taken in Buckingham Palace Gardens, intimate photographs of Princess Margaret captured by her husband, Lord Snowden before and after their nineteen sixty wedding, a nineteen sixty six portrait of Prince Charles of Bowmoral marking his eighteenth birthday, taken by
Godfrey Argent. Curator Alessandro Nassini reflected on the collection, noting portrait photography is a creative process and it's been fascinating to discover the careful decisions that were made to achieve such unforgettable portraits of the royal family. He also highlighted the rarity of seeing original vintage prints due to conservation concerns, adding that the exhibition provides visitors with a unique behind
the scenes insight into the making of royal portraits. Anti monarchy campaigners are preparing to stage a ruh other prehistoric protest at this year's Commonwealth Day Service, with the introduction of a fifteen foot dinosaur mascot named Chuck the Rex. The group Republic has announced that the towering Tyrannosaurus, complete with a golden crown, will make an appearance outside Westminster
Abbey on March tenth. The protest is designed to symbolize what the organization describes as an antiquated monarchy, likening the institution to a relic of a bygone age and a fossil that belongs in a museum. In a statement, the group added, unlike Charles, Chuck knows he's out of place and out of time. He wants to get out and about and have a roaring time, highlighting the need for
a modern, democratic alternative to the monarchy. The protest coincides with the annual Commonwealth Day Service, a significant moment in the royal calendar. As Head of the Commonwealth, King Charles the Third is expected to attend this year, having missed
last year's service while undergoing treatment for cancer. The King serves as a sovereign of fourteen Commonwealth realms in addition to the UK, while the Commonwealth itself remains a voluntary association of fifty six independent nations, many which were once under British rule. Chuckle Rex also boasts his own presence on social media, with a dedicated page on x where
he is likely to continue the campaign's messaging. Whether the site of a giant crown wearing dinosaur outside Westminster Abbey will sway opinions on the monarchy remains to be seen, but the protest will certainly be difficult to ignore and there have it.
