Have you ever been on the giving or the receiving end of advice? Think back to the last time you were on the giving end: how did that feel in the moment? How did it feel when they didn't go with your advice, then came back days, maybe hours later venting about the same situation--how did it feel then?Now think back on the last time you were on the receiving end of advice. How did it feel to get that advice?
