Banai is a winner and three time nominee of the Fraser Valley Music “Folk Artist of the Year'' award, has had her music featured on on the TV show and web series The Drive along with the CBC Radio program On The Coast.
She has received praise from a variety of publications and writers including Juno nominated artist and host of the Hip Hop Evolution documentary series Shad.
