Today's guest recognized a problem, created a new solution, and bootstrapped her business. Nicole Biscuiti is the Founder of The Chestee -- the only patented sports bra with built-in collarbone protection. As a former Crossfit athlete and now weightlifter, Nicole realized that holding a massive barbell with heavy metal plates behind your neck actually hurts athletes (and not just the burning they feel in their legs). And thus, The Chestee was born. Owwll Founder Jason Hill and Producer Jaime talk to Nicole about creating and designing weightlifting apparel for women (and men) from scratch.
