Episode description

Welcome to Episode 183 where we talk about how trauma comes in different forms and levels of severity, and how important it is to work toward healing so that we can feel more grounded, glued together and have more peace in our lives.

In this episode we define the different types of trauma, its effects on us, and ways to begin healing.   As many people either think about or engage with more family this holiday season, it may be a triggering time of year where many people struggle.  Others may just have anxiety and not know why.  Either way, finding ways to heal and reclaim your life is the way to peace…and hope that things actually can be better!

Key Elements:

  • Discuss the different types of trauma, and what many of the symptoms are.
  • Process the need for understanding the less obvious traumas.
  • Talk about ways to begin the grief work and healing journey, and some of the great benefits from doing so.
