Episode description

Welcome to Episode 182 where we focus on the interconnected Boundary/Detachment/Grief work we either are doing or need to do so we can heal and come to acceptance of the realities of our life.

In this episode process the concepts of how griefwork, detachment and boundaries work together like three legs of a stool to help us sit with, face, and feel what is and has been true for us, and what we need to come to acceptance around. We focus on the many types of losses we may not be familiar with and thus may not realize what we need to grieve.  This is such important vulnerable work, and opens the door to more healing, more hope, and more peace.

Key Elements:

  • Explore the stages of grief and the challenges we face when walking through it.
  • Talk about how boundary work is the crucial first step in healing.
  • Ask ourselves how we have done this year when it comes to making peace with what is.

"It is always our own self

that we find at the end

of the journey.

The sooner we face that self,

the better."

 - Ella Maillart
