Episode description

Welcome to Episode 180 where we wrap up the month about assertiveness by getting down to what it takes to actually practice!

In this episode we finish up the month talking all about the necessary components for assertiveness and examples of what this looks like, from setting boundaries, to shushing your inner critic and looking at how NOT to react emotionally. Just by making clear goal statements about how you want to change in the coming months – is empowering because you are choosing. You are owning, and you are becoming, you are transforming. How powerful is that!

Key Elements:

  • Note the work you need to do on boundaries and healing.
  • Discuss examples of how to begin making real changes in your communication.
  • Explore how reigning in your emotions is everything when it comes to communicating your boundaries in a healthy, respectful way.

"The only way

to find your voice
