Welcome to Episode 176 where we start the new month describing how important our self-esteem is to our ability to be assertive.
In this episode start to take a look at how important our self-concept is to our ability to be assertive and communicate to others in emotionally mature and healthy ways. We assess some common beliefs and behaviors that point to self-concept struggles we may have. This month we will break all this down and explore some of the most important aspects if this, including looking at old wounds to our self-esteem, practicing healthy boundaries and creating a plan for what we need to work on.
