Episode description

Welcome to Episode 155 where we talk about how this month we will be focusing on men and how they struggle in relationships.

In this episode we get into the topics that will be helpful for men to focus on such as owning feelings, looking at how early experiences have shaped them, and finding healthier coping skills.  We also explore how society and families can greatly impact a man’s ability to have healthy self-confidence and connection with others.

 Key Elements:

  • Look at how society and childhood have impacted men's sense of self.
  • Discuss topics to cover this month.
  • Assess what fathering you recieved growing up and how it may still be impacting you.

If society didn't label a man as 'weak' for communicating his feelings and showing his emotions, more relationships would last.
