Episode description

Welcome to Episode 117 where we explore how motivation is connected to holding onto who you are, and not losing yourself in your relationships.

In this episode we talk about how motivation and is a big part of assertiveness, and how confidence is built – or broken by how much we can stay focused regardless of what life throws at us.  We explore the typical motivation killers that can creep into our life and take over before we know it.  Then we talk about how to get back to you and what you want for your life.

Key Elements:

  • Look at how motivation is easier to hold onto when we are clear with our why.
  • Discuss the typical ways we can get lost in our life and in others and then lose our mojo for what we want for us.
  • Look at ways to get back on the horse and get moving again.

“One of the lessons that I

grew up with was to always

stay true to yourself and never

let what somebody else says

distract you from your goals.”

– Michelle Obama
