Buffalo Bills QB, Josh Allen told Keon Coleman that he was the WR from the draft he wanted. However, there were strong inferences that the Brandon Beane was working to move up in the first round to select Brian Thomas Jr. Once he was gone the BILLS began to move back.

With the 33rd pick overall, 1st in the 2nd round, the BILLS selected Coleman and much like his predraft evals, opinions are split on the massive WR out of FSU.
