This recording is from an Overeater Anonymous H.O.W. meeting. H-O-W stands for Honesty/Open-minded/Willingness. The OA HOW program varies from a typical OA program in that its members follow a specific food plan that omits sugar and flour, and has three weighed and measured meals daily with no snacks in between meals. Both regular OA and H.O.W. members attend this meeting. All are welcome.
