This recording is from an Overeater Anonymous H.O.W. meeting. H-O-W stands for Honesty/Open-minded/Willingness. The OA HOW program varies from a typical OA program in that its members follow a specific food plan that omits sugar and flour, has three weighed and measured meals daily with no snacks in between meals. This meeting will resume at the above location once shelter-in-place restrictions have lifted.
