Episode description

Florian “Flo” Horning decided to leave the paved road and start an adventure into the unknown. After living in a Berlin-based rooftop penthouse, he began an 8-month journey in a van that led him into the Sahara Desert for a 4-week solo food walk. After experiencing another way of life, he continued traveling to embrace the simple life. He constructed and supervised a lodge in Zanzibar near lions in Africa’s largest national park. He climbed several of Africa’s highest mountains and sailed in a tiny historic wooden boat for six months. He coached and accompanied his clients on adventurous coaching journeys during this time, including Kilimanjaro. He helps his clients discover there is no default option to life through this. You create your life by dreaming, focusing, and learning when to say NO to everything unimportant or distracting in your life.
