Episode description

Candace Mae Gruber describes some of the hurt and pain she carried in her life from some of the traumas she experienced during her earlier life and how she gained relief through forgiveness. Achieving forgiveness does not pardon those who do others wrong. Forgiveness frees the person who was done wrong from the stress and anxiety of bearing the burden of the thoughts that sometimes dominate a person’s life. Through forgiveness, the offended person is freed of the stress and anxiety of their past hurts to live their God-given potential. You can learn more about Candace’s life experiences through the book she co-authored, “Powerhouse Women: Survivor to Thriver” and through her website at https://candacemae.com.
