Episode description

Ann Hince chronicles a portion of her life in which she discovered how to achieve inner peace from previous life trauma. She recognized she was too reactionary, which led to negative thinking. She was born with her right foot up against my right shin. She was adopted and was teased mercilessly as the first girl boarder at a boy's boarding school. She grew up with two adoptive alcoholic parents. When she was 19 years old, she found her mother dead in the bathroom. She carried these traumatic events with her for nearly 38 years. She discovered the Emotional Freedom Technique that helped her peel back the layers of suppressed emotions. She expanded her awareness to discover and deal with her emotions that caused physical and emotional distress. After using EFT for several years, X-rays confirmed the stress relief transformed her bone structure.
