Minneapolis PD clearly has a culture/racism problem, but we don't need to stereotype the nation with it.  Ask yourself if mainstream media is filling you with hatred right now. Maybe find a more balanced place to get your news for a week or two. Say "hi" and smile at your neighbors in passing for the next week.
